Tom I just finished this book, great review. I really enjoyed his writing style, I don't recall any other book attempting to do what he does so well--tell story's that convey real common sense lessons that are useful for any reader in any profession. The one thing you didn't mention was the maps, I love maps and this book has the best maps I have ever seen.
