Thank you so much for this article. It is the first one I have read in the Military.com fitness center.

There is nothing like weight loss plans and eating plans that do not fit a person's schedule that works.

This plan, however, is easy to do and I know I can follow it. I think that is the key to helping people loose weight. Keeping the menu simple, not with ingredients that have to be gotten from the deep jungles of Asia.

Thank you for this article, I look forward to reading more.

This great advice and all, but what about us diabetics who cannot drink or eat anything with a lot of carbs? I am doing my own regime,but it takes careful planning on my part as not to load up on carbs due to my glucose intolerance. Is there anything I can substitute for milk as my afternoon snack? There are certain fruits I can only eat also. There a lot of us diabetics out there that are still overweight and need assistance. We can probably figure it out by ourselves, but there are also those that have already done the ground work just like for people without diabetes.
