i am 37 years of age, and i am looking and in the process of getting in the resv. the rec. told me that i needed to loose some weight(which i have) and loose 3 in. off my waist....i work in a kitchen and do a lot of moving around....i drink about a gallon of water a day....is it possible with the diet that was posted.....can i loose the love handles and inches by march? there are times that i dont have time to get out and walk...is there any other carido that i can do at home to help the process?

Lay down in sit-up position and curl up your stomach and hold your abs in sit up position this will make your abs tight.Also you can use the rowing machine.
