I am an ex USN vet, some 73 years young. Have no serious physical liabilities. Can go on the tread mill, 40 minutes without an excessive heart rate increase. I do have leg cramps, and need to really learn how to do the stretching exercises. I have read and viewed the pics. Will attempt to start a 2 week pure stretch exercise period. I do simple calisthentics in the AM for about 10 minutes. This is just to get the jucie flowing. Would appreciate comments. Handle is Tenn Slim. end |
