This weapon was supposedly retiring in the 90s. At least that was the excuse our command gave us as to why all of us 0351's couldn't get promoted while the 31's and 41's had low cutting scores. We had 4 consecutive months were there was no score to go from e3 to e4. What a bunch of crap.
