After reading the headline, I was afraid it was going to be an article about new technology that renders stealth technology useless. Instead, it seems to indicate that stealth will be even more important if any nation wants the capability to actually deliver their weapons on their enemies.
Who gives hoot about this stuff anyway? How is a sub going to use this radar anyway?
