Never mind...I found it:

I would like to make one comment regarding this program. Even though it is funded by the Oregon National Guard, it is not a "Guard only" program. We have assisted Marine Reservists, Air Force Reservists, and Navy Reservists as well as OEF/OIF Veterans from Active Component. One of our new partners is the US Navy Reserve Center in Portland, Oregon. I can only describe the Base Commander, XO and Senior Chief as forward thinking military professionals with a genuine concern for the sailors under their command.

To help a fellow Soldier is the greatest gift you can give for Xmas. Thats what truly separates us soldiers from the civilians. We try our best to take care of our own soldiers...

AMEN

LEST WE FORGET the sacrifices of those that follow, no different than our forefathers.

Despite all the technological advances of weaponry, Infantrymen conduct the same mission since the beginning of warfare...

"To Close With and Destroy The Enemy..."

South Carolina, as with all states, has a Transition Assistance Advisor. I don't have the phone number, but if you call the South Carolina Military Department Headquarters, they should be able to connect you. As to an actual Reintegration Program, there are only a small hand full of states (count on one hand), that have a fully integrated program.
