Capsicum, the hot part of peppers, can be used as a paint additive to prevent adhesive fouling of ships' hulls. It that strength it would qualify as a vesiccant agent - ie producing blisters on exposed shin. In an oil base it would be even more resistant to dilution and possibly more persistent.
Possibly only a step down from Mustard gas which does the same thing as a ground contaminant. No matter how natural it might be, or removable with soap or shampoo, baby or otherwise, I wouldn't want a snootful.
