I was in the navy and i think we need to tighten our belts ,when it comes to spending .when a retail store buys product from wholesalers they get 3 or4 different quotes. Now i may be wrong but if we realy are paying $15.00 for a hammer. WHY can,t the military go to Walmart and pay $2.99 like everyone else. who knows this could work.
