My name is cpl Boivin i am attending a school near pittsburgh Pa. i am nearly finished with my associates degree. on my final semester. and i need some sort of tuition assistance . As of this week i am now an Active Duty Marine. and a 3.0 student .. with 13 credits for this semester. I was interested in the Marine Corps Tuition Assistance Program. If i can be Backpaid for the classes i have already taken, or just for this current semester.

My active duty husband has used TA to get his Bachelors and is now using it to get his Masters. You are not able to get back money you're already paid for previous classes. I do know that in instances where the TA doesn't cover your full tuition, you can use your GI Bill (if you have it) to "top up". You lose one month of eligibility for every $25 you top up. Big deal for some people, but my Marine is still getting his education and that was the point. Good luck! And don't stop until you've gotten as much education as you want. The Mrs.
