Tuition Assistance do not pay 100% tuition if you are getting a Master Degree or a Doctor Degree. TA needs to clearify the 100% tuition pay.
I have to take out a student loan to clover the rest of the tuition. VA give me a hard-time because I am still active duty. VA don't want to pay out.
Why do I have to take out a loan and I see signs posted everywhere 100% tuition paid.

Your grammar is horrible for a master's or even phd canidate. There is fine print that you failed to read for TA. TA will be paid for certain degree programs. There are many ways to pay for a college education. Research is important to make that happen. Good Luck!

His grammar is due to stress and rushing through it like I am....my Commander has denied my access to school ops! I was re enlisted in Iraq and patted on the back with three additional months of school ops to the six they gave upon re enlistment. Until I returned home, completed three months and on the second three months, after being in classes for two weeks, I was told I didn't have school ops anymore. Reason? Commander didn't want his soldiers gone, at any time, for school. How nice. My rights aren't allowed, because of the Commander's preference. School ops for active duty at the pleasure of your command is not a right or privilege.

If you want the VA to help pay for your school while on active duty and using TA it works this way. Have your Education Service Officer send the VA a Tuition Assistance Top-Up (TATU) form. You have to fill out a VA Form 1990, this is your claim for education benefits. The VA can pay you for the amount of money that TA doesn't pay for but only up to the legislative limit. Right now it's $1321 per month plus any kicker you may have.
