Although the new Post 9/11 GI Bill is a step in the right direction, it is not neccessarily the best deal for all vets. Many vets who want to attend online courses may find this new GI Bill could cost them more out-of-pocket than the old Montgomery GI Bill. As the saying goes... "Buyer Beware."
