Please help me find EVERETTE PARKER.His nickname is BILL.He was assigned in Cavite City U.S. Naval Base,Philippines up to 1961, he sent my mother,FELISICIMA,nicknamed BABY a few letters and suddenly stopped communicating with her.I have been searching for him for the past 45 years of my life and to meet him in person is my earnest desire since chidhood.Please, if anyone know of someone by the name of EVERETTE "BILL" PARKER,please tell him that his daughter from Philippines has been trying to search for him for more than 4 decades,I am 45 years old and have not given up my dream to see him.
