Has anyone ever had to order these? I've been researching NTMs and have been on the phone with NGA and I think that I'm going to be stuck with buying them if NGA doesn't have them in stock. Anybody know how/where to get these? Thanks.

You should be able to get any chart you need free issue through DLA WEBREQ.
