If I was looking to paint my house could I use non-rates? Also can I use the paint, rollers and brushes from the station? Their is so much paint down there I don't think that it will matter. You guys ever take anything from your stations/boats?

Did you get hit on the head with a frying pan or something. That may rank up there with one of the dumbest questions asked here.

Are you serious. You are an E-6 and you are not sure if you can use station paint to paint your house. I wonder who signed your PQS to advance that high. I belive you need to go back and review some materials.

Maybe it's time to inventory the paint locker and properly dispose of some of it...

Never understood the BM need to have 5 years worth of paint on hand, enough to do all the boats and all the buildings, when all major boat painting was done in a boat yard, not at the station; and the station building painting was contracted out. Wink Razz

After looking in DA I found that there are no E-6's in the Coast Guard with the last name "Upchurch".
Call it what you want! Who ever this is, is obviously just trying to get a rise out of us.
