Well, if you thought the last advancements were bad, this one's brutal.

BM3: 12

Ouch.

Ouch is right. I have been waiting since the end of January when the list started. You are right though we might want to consider the fact that we did not have to take a SWE and we just have to wait so slamming is not needed.

For all we know, this guy passed his BM1 test on the first go, passed the E-6 EPME on the first go, and got on the supplemental list one year to the day after he made 2nd. He'd still be sitting at #214.

But hey, if you've got some free time, it'd be well spent studying the difference between "your" and "you're." Big Grin
