I do not believe there is a SPC-SW manual published yet. There are only some basic info on operational parameters. Try calling a unit that has one.

SPC-LE= Sta Key West

Yes there is one. it's located on Boat Forces INTRANET website. It's a "draft" handbook, but it's very detailed.
