There are just so many things one can do to make a difference I believe that a draft would certainly not hurt anything. I believe that all males should be able to give at least 4 years to the Services of our country. My family started to fight for America way back in the Revolutionary War and onward. My husband joined in the 60's the draft was in force then, but he joined without being drafted.
I also have a son in law that is in the Services he has been in for over 7 years. And has had a tour in Iraq. I feel that even with the illigals that come into our country that if they truely want to become Americans that they should also have to join the US Services and show that they truely want to be part and parcel of our great Country. I think that our politcal people should put the draft back into action the sooner the better. I'm tired of seeing our guys and gals having to serve tour after tour with out a good R & R! We need more men fighting for our freedoms and by gollie this is one way of doing it!

Artillery brings dignity to what would otherwise be just a brawl.

Brainstorm 1 and Brainstorm 2,
This is the wrong thread for this crap. Read the bold letters on the top of the thread.

This Forum is for the posting of information pertaining to Heroic Marines, their actions, achievements, lives.. and sadly, their deaths.

Now, go away and read the rules.

Mods, please move this out of this category.
