Has anyone information on a Civil War Regiment entirely comprised of soldiers over six ffet tall

There are stories of the forming of regt's out of Minnansota (?) having men in the ranks being large as 6 ft these would have been loggers.
1 Reason was they were having indian problems and those large men scared the indians.

Were they cavalry, riding blue oxen and commanded by Colonel Paul Bunyan?

This Reg't was predoninantly dutchmen that formed up as infantry and carried the 69 cal smoothbore musket 1816 model that was converted from flintlock to precussion. There is note of this unit being formed I can't find right off what their Reg't was called.
