My family had artifacts passed down from 1865. A flag and a letter, I am trying to track down the nurse the wrote this letter. I know she was in Baltimore in 1865 and retired after Lincoln was assassinated. I was wondering if you or if you know someone that may be able to confirm information about this nurse. Her name is Francis E. Pardison. I would appreciate any help you may be able to give me. She was staying at the Fountain Inn Hotel in Baltimore.
