These exercises look simple enough until you consider that some "older" people have joint problems, such as my double knee problems. I have enough difficulty sometimes lifting my weight up stairs without my knees either trying to give out or hyperextending. Either one causes quite a bit of pain.
Any suggestions that are physically possible? |
