I have been waiting since Oct 07 and finally leave for school next month. Just thinking about it my heart beats faster. Anyone else going thru any of these course over the summer? For the recent grads what airframes are they mainly sticking everyone one?

Thanks in Advance
Brandon

Did not have to do the fundamentals class so I cannot comment on that one. BAG was pretty straight forward. Cool instructors and lots of play (flexibility) in the schedule. You will more than likely graduate early. We had a class of six and two of use were reserves so we knew what we were getting and the rest got exactly what they wanted. So, out of those that HAD to pick..3 wanted AC-130's and all three got them...to include specific model. The other guy wanted 60's and that is what he got. He wanted overseas but instead got his first stateside choice.

I flew on C-130's for 12 years and I was the OLDEST dude in the class...and I think the highest ranking ever! I am excited about being a gunner on the -60....

There are two ADAF HH-60 units. They are at Kadena and Lakenheath.

thanks guys for the replies/info it was really helpful. Started day 1 of EAUC, it doesnt seem hard just like any other AF school requires a little studying. Just like any other prior service I have ALOT of motivation to do outstanding in these courses.

We currently have 4 NPS & 3 PS

No sir TSgt Saenz is my instructor but I know MSgt Gunn he's pretty cool. Today was block 1 test, we had two NP washback & 1 NP that self elimated himself. The material is not hard as long as you study every night. We tried talking to them but it still has to come down to there attitude. Well off to block 2 the chamber sounds like fun.

The chamber was a blast and def. did quite a bit of farting LOL. On another note I just finish EAUC and score 100 on all my block tests. I am just an average guy that dedicated an hour a night of studying. The material is not hard as long as you apply your self. I start BAG on monday and cant wait. Still have 1 NPS and I think he will do well in BAG as well as us priors since we have WAY to much motivation to fail.

BAG sucks and the instructors are a$$ clowns! And SERE is for little girls....especially the water part!

Just kidding. BAG was pretty laid back and the two dudes teaching were a hoot! Both have been recently promoted and certainly deserved it. I will say that Lackland was zero fun. Way too uptight. I went through SERE a long time ago...and more recently the dunker...which sucked!

See you soon Anthony....TG

I believe that the H models are tapped to go to Cannon, not the Us...last I heard.
