I have no clue. I more expected a comment on the V-22 MFF jump sequence where V-22 is flying with the nacelles pointing straight (90°) up in helicopter conversion mode. A configuration where the V-22 has the slowest airspeed and tactical maneuverability to avoid ground to air munitions fired at it.
Or perhaps a comment on the Hollywood of running of the team from forward cargo compartment to exit out the rear with minimal (if any) load bearing fighting/survival/medical equipment.
That map reading is B.S either way you go you find the pilot. LOL Not sure on all the technical aspects johca but guess its for the joe civilian who knows nothing of PJ and says "oh wow that is highspeed!" Kinda like the old AF commercial where the guy jumps over the waterfall than ends up in the perfect storm ocean
"The Air Force's new science-fiction campaign is geared toward demonstrating technology once thought to be science fiction but actually is being employed by Airmen today."
So when do the rest of us get those really cool goggles with a pointer indicating survivor position?
What is also interesting is the USAF puts out a commercial about a community that is using some dated technology and is screaming for new equipment. I would be happy with radios that work right.
