two easy ways to do extra PT while in basic
1 - do extra push ups, sit ups, ect in the bays before bed (only works after when you hit about week 3 because before that your pretty much always being watched)
2 - get into a little trouble, lol, not too much though or you risk getting recycled.
some flights and TIs make you pt a lot more then others, maybe youll get luck and get one of them

from what I heard, if you do half assed pushups and situps, when theyre counting them off, they will just keep repeating the number you are on over and over until you do it right. Just do half assed pushups and situps until the fitness test comes up then do them right. maybe you could get a good workout that way

You can do extra in the evenings if you like, also when you first get there stay motivated and try to become dorm chief or an element leader this will ensure xtra PT. As far as the run goes be a strong runner when you get there and run in the fastest group an morning PT.
