Would it be possible for a single mother, who is presently involved in custody cases (alleging drug abuse by the mother) involving her children, to enlist in the Navy?

i think it goes without saying... Anybody presently involved in any sort of case is not eligible for enlistment.

She won't be able to go active, as long as she has custody and is unmarried. And the court case will have to be completely decided and closed.
