My husband is recruiting and we are in the middle of sorting out some pay issues in regards to his clothing allowance for last year (when he was not recruting) and it got me thinking. As a recruiter, doesn't he get clothing maintenance allowance? If so, is that basic or standard? He has been in 7 years. Also when his 8 year mark rolls around and he is up for his next clothing allowance, will it be stadard or special? Thank you to anyone who can help!
