What tickles me is we used to have no mod. Then when the Colonel died, I volunteered to Stoney J to take on the board because I feared it would get dropped. Then I stepped aside as mod and Bryan assumed the duty for a while. He stepped aside and USMCvet (John the Man) took us to even higher levels. Now we have advanced to three mods, wow!

Yeah, but there's something about being one of us. We come from all Branches. We get along, have informative posts, and great dialogue. That's what separates us from the homogeneous Forums. We don't discriminate, because of your service. We discuss several topics unrelated to each other.
Dave had a point. If they're going to MOD our Forum, then they should contribute, to get an understanding. Who wants an interloper watching over us, when they don't know what we're about?

If you read some of John's and Dave's posts, you'll see you're more than welcome to post your opinion on here. After all, most post comprise opinionated statements, in the first place.

With the new policy about Mod's posting on threads and then giving warning to people on that thread it is good to have a few Mod's that can do the work needed.

If you start a threads or post a comment on one you canot give a warning to a poster on it.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you Torch, but the "techies" changed the system that filters out obscence/vulgar words used here, and apparently it works so well, even certain everyday words are being filtered. They are working on it.
