Hello, my husband was given his certificate of eligibility in Oct. 2006 right after he returned from his deployment. At the time we were not looking to buy a house, so it was put away. We are looking at applying for a mortgage this summer and I can not find that paper his va rep says that he will need to reapply. My question is will the mortgage broker be able to obtain a copy using the ACE database. Anyone with any information, your help would be greatly appreciated

Yes. The lender should be able to access the COE through ACE without any issue since it has already been issued once before.
