i am a out of work truck driver, with hopes to be reemployed by 2008. i have a 60k mortgageat 7.75% w/a 34k payoff, it is a fixer upper on a lake(great fishing) my credit score is 612. i want to refi on a 15 or 20 year va with some extra for fix up and debt pay off. can i do this through the va?wagscorp
