I keep getting these letters asking me to refi through the VA streamline Refinancing Mortgage, skip 2 mortgage payments, no out of pocket expense, etc.... I believe they are not associated with the VA nor the fed gov. Who are they and are they legit? Anyone ever deal with this company?

Since you currently have a VA loan it is easy for mortgage companies to find that out and solicit you for refinancing your loan. The VA Streamline loan (VA Interest Rate Reduction Loan).
