My husband and I are under contract for our first home and were pre-approved for up to 150,000. We settled on 128,000 and the sellers are covering the $4500 in closing costs. IN THE MEAN TIME, we're waiting for approval and I'm having MAJOR anxiety that somehow they'll find a reason to deny us the actual approval. Our credit collectively is about 670 but we have no car payments and have been on time for all bills for more than a year. Can anyone give me some info or possibly give me some peace of mind PLEASE?! I would be eternally grateful!

It doesn't sound like you should have any problems. If your lender did their due diligence then they would have already ran the automated findings prior to issuing the pre-approval. Relax between now and closing because moving and unpacking is a headache.
