This makes me so sad. I didn't know him, but you feel like you know someones personality from reading their posts and I always enjoyed his posts. He was always real and made sure he slapped people back into reality occassionally where it was warranted.

Prayers out for his family and especially his poor mother who found him.

Rest in peace bro, you made an impact in this cyberworld and I am sure in the real world as well.

It appears with the paperwork we had, military honors can be done. Thank you for all of your support. I can understand why he enjoyed all of you so very much. Prayers to you all, active and nonactive. And stay safe wherever you are.

Rest in peace.

Was just going thru his posts, most were short and to the point. Last post was 8 Apr. He had been on this forum for a while Got on here right after i did 11 Dec 2000. So he probably came over from The Few.

Weird talk to someone all these years but never really know them.

Johnny,
I so very sorry for your loss. I only conversed with your brother a handful of times but he was always very helpful and kind to me.

Do you know if full military honors will be provided for him??? If not, is it because they are not available??
If you need any assistance in having the honor of Marines to send him off right, I can't promise anything but I would be more than happy to try to be of help in this matter. All I can do is to inquire, sometimes with a few more phone calls, some things can be done.

Feel free to contact me. (If you do need any help in this matter, PLEASE contact me ASAP as we only have one business day to try to get something together for your brother.)
Keep in mind, I'm NOT a Marine but a daughter of one and have assisted in matters such as this in the past.

My hearts and thoughts are out to you and your family.
