This is a Marine from my area in Scio, New York. He was KIA when he dove on a gernade to save the lives of his fellow marines in the Al Anbar Province of Iraq. He arrived back home fighting for his life on a machine to keep a promise to his parents of returning home to dee them. He died later that night when the doctors pulled the plug. He was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, 1st Marine Expeditionary Force 29 Palms, California. He passed April 22, 2004. He is gone but never forgotten. He has left but he will never be left from our thoughts. Semper Fi and RIP
