Actually the caption is a misnomer.

Only an e-7 would make a comment like that.

Real Chiefs get the big picture.

Sorry. I failed safe. When speaking in public, it always seemed safer to assume that if it wore the uniform of an E-7, it was best to call it a CPO. What some were called in private I leave to your imagination.
