Complete sentence? Didn't know this was an english class. The article to look up on you tube was "I'm a chief" but has been changed to "like a chief". Its a spoof on lonely planets "like a boss/ I'm the boss", but about navy chiefs, apparently done up by some sub guys. There is a little bit of swearing, but it only add to the humor. And yes it is a rap based song.

Well, it didn't have to be copmplete, but it would have been nice if it would have not been fragmented and broken. It made no sense.
