I am trying to correct my records and I need the NAVADMIN for FY89 CPO advancement. BUPERS and others insist they are not digitized. That being said I have been told to contact a MR GARY in DC he has what I need (?) so they say. The number they insist on giving me is NOT good. Can anyone Help me locate him or COULD JUST ONE PERSON have a copy of this message. I will be so GRATEFUL for any help.

Another possibility is the Navy Advancement Center in Pensacola. The Records Branch there has exam cycle history back as far as the 50's. You would need to contact them at 850-452-1252. It is possible that you will be required to submit a Freedom of Information request for the info, but they will tell you up front whether or not they have what you are searching for.
