Perhaps a moderator could step in on this. I would like to know how to send private messages to specific members when the subject matter is not for public consumption. I am sure most of us do not want to post our private email addresses on an open discussion board. Thanks

Look at someones public profile---click "Add to Friends"---type a message to them and don't forget to include your User Name here on mil.com

If they accept your 'friend' invite, you will then be able to message each other in private.
