SethPST, Negative, apparently once the new IS list was created several months ago, I was removed completely from the OSC SWE list. I was told that you cannot be on two different advancement list at the same time according to CGPC (believe that was the wording passed to me). After hearing that, even an appeal of the decision would prove pointless and a waste of my time if that is the standard operating procedure for these circumstances. I'm going to look that up, but I am pretty sure CGPC knows the rule of law on this so that is the way it is.
Like I said before, I'm going to apply the same study habits I did on the last SWE and write a good test again. My luck the ISC rate will lock up for quite a while now since there are more ISC's than billets I think.
