I have a SN on a 378 who is going into the IS rate. He has been given to Radio and CIC for "A-School prep". I'm asking for advise on what we could/should train him on to prepare for IS A School. Anyone previously attached to a 378 got any good advise on where to steer? Input appreciated.

Pretty simple really. Read the IS3 EPQs and do what you can towards them.

Adding to what MC stated get him on CG Central to the IS page and have him start reading the CAP instruction M3800.4, those two things will definaltey assist him and give him a runnign start. Executive Order 12333 is a good idea too.

Does he have access to SIPR? If so, there is a lot of online intel training there. I don't have the links with me but the training section of the CG-2 website has a list of approved online intel training.

Thanks for all the good direction. I'll be sure he puts his nose in all these references.

If he has SIPR, PACOM JITAP is the place to go. MIFCPAC has courses incorporated into their curriculum for our Intel watch officers. This will give him a HUGE head start over other students. Check out MIFCPAC on SIPR, look around at what we do.

Awesome, I'll run the idea by the CSO for SIPR access. Thanks again for the good direction. Appreciate it. If you got any good links to email me on the SIPR side, I'm the only Kozak on the global. Thanks again.
