At the stroke of midnight, 010000Z Jan 08, do we automatically become ISs, or will a final msg be generated in order to make it official? Will DA be automatically updated or will that take some time?

I can answer my own question now: Apparently there was a "data dump" done into Direct Access at midnight changing our ratings to IS, making it official. Woohoo!

Uh oh... it looks like that rating change in Direct Access got carried away! All of my records going back to 2001, which were listed as TC1, TCC, and OSC, have all been changed to ISC. =
