Just wondering how many chiefs took the SWE? raw score, sea points, awards, TIS, TIG, Marks?

As for me:

Raw score: 79
Sea time: 7.5 yrs
Awards: 10 pts
TIS: 17 yrs
TIG: 1.5 yrs
Marks: Crappy (seriously, I don't know how to calculate for that)

Good luck to all!

Nando

Chief;
OK, I see at least one thing that you posted incorrect info about above. One of those numbers is not possible. I see another one that may also be wrong. This is stuff you should be able to train folks on and know dead on. Do you see it?

I think I see it. It's his raw score. There is no possible way he could have scored that high.

No, that is not it. The numbers listed clearly indicate an ineligibilty for Senior Chief.

Time in grade. you need at least two years. however the SWE calculates were you will be at the time of advancement no where you are at the moment. simple enough mistake to make if you just enter the information off the top of your head. YOu should get the numbers straight from your swe pde page but those get shut down after the service wide.

WOW!!!!, Way to get off topic fellas,
I thought that my wife was the only one with communication problems. Usually me and her start talking about oranges and we end up talking about pineapples. I didn't think I would get it here.

All I wanted to do was share info, not get into what was wrong with my post. Currently, I have 1.5 yrs as an ISC, but by January 2010, I'll have 2 yrs. everyone Happy? I'm sure my YNC would not have let me take the SWE if I weren't eligible yes? Anyway,

All I care about is how others did, if you don't want to share it's cool. I'll wait for the list to come out like everyone else.

Have a lovely Coast guard day,

oops, I did not capitalize Guard. Sorry!

Nando,

I got an 85, but am sitting low in all the other categories, enough so that I will probably fall somewhere behind you on the final list.

85 is an awesome number yankee,

Don't get discouraged by the other categories. Most of us have equal TIS and TIG. Not to mention that the test was a bear; you are the only one I know above 80.

Congrats again brotha'
