Anyone foresee any advancements in the upcoming months? with the ISC/ISCS/ISCM advancments wouldnt that clear up a lot of room for others to come up in such a small rating?

The advancements that occured on Jan 1st were to fill vacant senior IS billets (not enough applicants applied during the lateral selection that occurred last Aug).
The Board was aware of the expected senior enlisted IS vacancies, and therefore selected aprox 14 extra IS1's than necessary, knowing that advancements would occur once the rating stood up on 01 Jan..
From now on, we will have normal advancements just like any other rating.
