He was helping you, letting you know the manual is only available on the INTRANET. So when you report to your unit you can access it in CG Central. You won't find most manuals that are rate specific on the internet especially IS material.

No worries. It's that I don't want to reveal exactly what the manual is called on a public forum. But from my understanding, it's the new bread n butter for ISs.

We should stress the "F" in FISO.

I read it today, I am glad that it takes 4 or 5 pubs and condenses it into 1, also it gives clear guidance. This is the should be on every IS reading list, right next to the CAP.

You got that right. Every IS should have a copy of the CAP and the FISO on their desk.
