I just joined the Navy Reserve and I am going in as a BM2. I spent 7 years active duty in the Air Force as an Intelligence Analyst and the last 2 years as a firefighter. I don't know much about the Navy and nothing about BM. What can I do to better prepare myself? The recruiter said I won't be doing my job that often in the Reserves and not too worry about it. I am worried, I want to know my job.
