SO...you were discharged from the Army for a pattern of misconduct....and it was all your 1stSgt's fault.... If I was a Recruiter..I would tell you thanks but no thanks...THe Corps will get along fine without you... You should take responsibility for your actions and not place the blame on everyone else...

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt, BUT. . .Unfortunately all you have is YOUR word against the system. Do you have solid proof of racist actions against you? Do you have witnesses? What have you done about the alleged racist actions against you?If you don't have any proof, then the Misconduct Narrative on your DD-214 stands. Whether your allegations are true or not, w/o proof, it looks like you're blaming others for your actions. |

Yes couple of soldiers from my company came to me and told be that they heard him talking to another Sgt in a day room that Im russian communist who does not deserve to be in a us military, I know it sounds like a bunch of bull **** Im trying to tell here but that was a true. I went and did a EO complain but It didnt help.
So Marines will not accept me if I have general discharge, is that correct?

Why dont you call the recruiter and ask him.....and make sure you tell him all about the EO complaint and how racist the Army is.....

Haha and my 1sg was part Irish part American.
Anyway I just talked to a recruiter, he doesn't know If I can join or not, he wants me to bring him my discharge paperwork, hope I will be able to join.

I would just call it a day and try something else. First off your taking a huge pay cut. If you get in you be at most an E2, and if this catches wind in your unit GL with that.
