I know you're joking or trying to set me up for failure, but this is something I'm actually afraid of. I don't want to sound off with "Yes, drill sergeant!" like I used to in the Army. Man, they'd probably smoke the **** out of me for something like that.
Make sure when its your turn for last fire watch, bang on the dutyhut hatch, and yell the time on deck is 0500 drill sergeant.......the devil himself will fly outa that hatch

Ultimately, that depends on how you carry yourself. There are some DI's that like to rib PS recruits, but in the end, like was said, "Everyone is equally worthless" and you're all trying to earn the title, Marine.
Leave your pride and Army Knowledge at home when you ship.
Well, all you know it alls, wish I could put a link up, but, maybe some real old duffers can help me out. Did you know that Marine Corps Reservists landed at Inchon, Koreaa, had not been to boot camp? They were sent to boot camp after the Korean War. Many of them had Silver Stars, Bronze Stars and Purple Hearts. Must have been a hoot. What were them DI's going to teach them.
