I just read where October 1, is the new fiscal year. Is this the best time to talk with someone regarding reenlisting. I was dropped from MCRD San Diego for foot problems I received a RE-3F Code can I re-enlist with this code and waiver?

No. You should already be speaking with a recruiter before the end of this month, and submitting your package by 1 October.

Are you sure on your code? RE-3F is "Erroneous enlistment." You have better start getting a move on to the RSS.
