was my first time actually going in the office. Ive been readin on the forums for about 4 weeks now about becomming a marine. The other day at work they called me and seen if i wanted to come and i said **** it sure. I went in there and soon as i walked in they made me take some test that gives you an idea on how good you will do on the ASVABS. I Scored 78 and they told me basicly i should do good on it and will be able to choose any job i really want. My brother was in the marines as a legal assistant. I know he sat behind desks and did paper work as his job. I dont want to do that ****in ****, im a crazy energetic person, i need something that will keep me on my feet. So basicly, ive pretty much decided that ill try to get in as a MP. I mean infantry is prolly the best choice for me, but i would like a mos that will help me once im out, to become a police officer. After i visited the recuiter i went and seen my mom and told her were i just was and what i was thinking. Talkin to her made me feel so much better about joining. I plan on talkin to my brother to see how his experience was but will be hard for me to ask him since i know he thiks the military is a bad choice right now but i understand me and him are very different people. I dunno, i was just so excited today i felt like posting for once, heh.
