I was wondering if anyone might know if you can get into this MOS as an enlisted personnel. The only thing that I have found just talks about officers. Any information on this would be greatly appreciative.

ok. So it is something more for officers then. Thanks for the reply.
Even for officers it is not a primary MOS, it is a secondary (in other words everyone that has that designation is first and foremost an infantry officer, pilot, logistician, etc.)
A friend from college received this as a secondary MOS during his "payback" tour. He got his Masters Degree in Military History from Ohio State. After his graduation, he spent three years at Museum's Branch at the Washington Navy Yard. His primary MOS is 0302.
