Well after a few months of trying to get all paperwork in order and submitted to MEPS I found out after 2 days of waiting that I was denied. I talked to my recruiter briefly today but didn't get into the details of why it was denied, but he had said I could wait a month or so and reapply or go and try the Army. It also occurred that because of confusion about my nystagmus there could have been a mix up as to exactly how mine works in comparison to regular cases. So hopefully once I update my prescription for contact/glasses I'll reapply and make sure whatever explanations I fill out are clearly explained, as I may have fallen short in that area previously.
